CAR Hobson was the top selling bull in our 2020 sale to a group of registered angus producers. He has been featured at Origen since then. His EPD profile is highlighted by extraordinary calving ease without sacrificing growth. He also has breed leading docility and excellent marbling. His sons have been top sellers in our past 2 sales and he has seen extensive use especially on virgin heifers. His calves come very easy and consistently light, and really hit the ground running. His first 2 crops of calves have posted an average BR of 98, WR of 107 and YR of 108. He is a bull with a lot of volume and power. Hobson also has a very gentle disposition and this shows through in his daughters who have been extremely easy working.

Selected from the 2022 Montana Performance Co-op Sale from Basin Angus Ranch, Basin Jumbo is an easy fleshing bull with exceptional mass and volume. He combines several of the Angus Breed’s legendary sires including Basin Payweight 1682, Basin Rainmaker P175, and Hoover Dam. He offers moderate birthweight, good growth, and excellent carcass merit.

Diamond Cavalry 104: 104 was the $40000 top seller at Diamond Dot Angus’ 2022 fall sale. He provides tremendous growth along with very strong carcass EPDs and a moderate birthweight. He is a moderate framed, thick, powerful, heavily muscled bull. His dam, 2xl Clova Pride 6230, has been a prolific donor cow for Diamond Dot Angus and her progeny were heavily featured in their 2022 sale.

Basin Jameson was added in our herd to add growth, carcass merit, and his long bodied stylish phenotype. His calves this first year have impressed, crushing the scales as some of our heavies bull calves both at weaning and yearling weigh ins. His calves stand out phenotypically with length and eye appeal and the frame to pack on the pounds. And last but not least this sire group has some of the most balanced EPD profiles showing their progenies’ potential.

Working Class is a calving ease bull with excellent feet and an eye catching phenotype. His sons are some of the lightest birthweight, highest calving ease bulls in our offering.

Armstrong is a bull with a lot of outcross breeding flexibility in our herd. He offers excellent maternal quality along with excellent feet and structure and great fertility. He was the sire of our top selling bull in 2025 to Rod Mikkleson.

Mohnen Marvel- Sire of the Diamond Marvel 9L47

We selected Marvel from the 2023 Diamond Dot sale for his smooth well balanced phenotype and excellent Calving Ease. He moves really well and is a very sound bull with added thickness and muscle. He was used heavily on our first calf heifers and his calves performed well, born light and still ratioing 102 on average at weaning.

Incentive was a bull we were very impressed with when we saw him in person on the 2023 Montana Angus Tour. He is a thick powerful bull who stands on tremendous feet. His calves really carry that on and look to be the kind of bulls you keep every daughter from.
